GPS → Block Sorter — Manual Split Mode

Blocks with more than 19 points must be split manually. Any GPS point not in a block must be assigned by drawing a new block before you can generate lists.

Flow: paste coords → Add pins → (if unassigned points exist, draw blocks for them) → (if large blocks exist, manually split them) → Generate list.
