Draw free polygons on the map (Drawing tool). Paste GPS coordinates below to add pins. Export/Import blocks for reuse.

Use the map's drawing toolbar (choose Polygon). Draw a shape, then double-click to finish. Click a polygon to edit. Use the list to select/rename/delete.
